My life as a licensed and practicing architect was temporarily put on hold when I began with publishing, but after a few months I was able to resume my architecture practice.

My first project was for Real Living Magazine in 2005, a home design feature that got me a lot of projects along the way. Some of these projects include:
-Cainta Residence - a project that took only 1 week
-Quezon City Two-Storey House Interior Retrofit

My first job was with Periquet-Galicia Inc, the Interior Architecture firm of Tina Periquet. Some of the projects I worked on include:
-One Legaspi Place condominium unit
-Forbes residence
-Fairways Tower

After completing the board exams in June 2008, I decided to set up my own practice. Some of the projects I've completed include:

- Consultancy for UP Alumni Engineering Lobby retrofit

 - Consultancy for TShirt Project Lighting Design in collaboration with Everywhere We Shoot (EWS)

- Interior Architecture consultancy for Two-storey residence

- KARIMADON Glorietta 1 Interior Retrofit
- KARIMADON Fairview Terraces Interior Retrofit
- KARIMADON Warehouse Interior Retrofit
- Steveston Pizza UP Town Center Interior Retrofit

During this time, I decided to work on my graduate studies instead, and finished a course in Community Architecture, making me eligible to take on the Environmental Planning exam last June 2012.
